Author and director of technology services discusses new book that helps small businesses and entrepreneurs avoid IT mistakes

Winter Springs, Fla., (October 2, 2021) – Whether it’s a cell phone, office printer, or email, everyone can relate to the overwhelming feeling of aggravation that sparks when the damn thing doesn’t work. And in this current job market, it’s very hard to find good people to help with your technology. So, it makes sense to partner with an outsourced provider you can count on for sanity-saving services.

That story was part of an extended interview by Tech Rage IT’s director of technology services, Matt Rose, on “What’s the SCORE” Radio Show. He went on the show to discuss his new book, Kiss Tech Rage Goodbye, and how it can help small businesses and entrepreneurs make better technology decisions.

Rose’s key takeaways from the show includes:

  • IT support should be a prerequisite for any business, no matter what size.
  • It’s not a question of if but when a business will be victim of a cyber security attack
  • It’s more important than ever to have cyber liability insurance.

“I am thrilled to be a resource for the small business community,” Rose says. “I want them to thrive and avoid common technology mistakes that can be costly or even catastrophic, like a ransomware attack.

With Rich Jaeckle, Lucy Pulido & Christopher Hart, “What’s the SCORE” is a series solely dedicated to the support of Central Florida's small businesses and entrepreneurs, donated as a community service by Salem Media Group.
