Delivering excellent customer experience leads to a return on investment
Winter Springs, Fla., January 5, 2023 – Erica Martinez-Rose is aware of the importance of a great customer experience both personally and professionally. As a consumer, she has encountered bad customer service, and unfortunately, those frustrating experiences leave a lasting mark. That is why her company, Tech Rage IT, is in the people business that provides IT Support.
Martinez-Rose recently sat down with ChannelPro Network, a national media company providing targeted business and technology information for IT decision-makers and channel partners, to discuss the importance of providing an excellent customer experience.
“I am so honored to be featured alongside many customer experience leaders in the Managed Services Provider/technology industry,” Martinez-Rose says. “Customer experience is ‘the way I’m treated from beginning to end when interacting with a product or service’. It’s so important to remember we are dealing with humans.”
Here are Martinez-Rose’s three short rules to help you stay on the correct customer experience track:
- Listen to the customer
- Ask them for feedback
- Make Customer Service a priority
