UCF Business Incubation client provides full line of technology services

Winter Springs, Fla., January 8, 2020 – Aside from the computer, the one piece of technology essential to all businesses is their phone system.

Now, Winter Springs-based Tech Rage IT provides that service to its complete managed service portfolio.

“Our Managed Voice improves employee and customer interactions for businesses and helps them diversify from the competition where it matters most – the customer experience,” says Erica Martinez-Rose, CEO, Tech Rage IT. “We want to make sure our company is a one-stop shop for IT and this certainly ensures we can help any company with whatever they need.”

The new service not only expands the ability to serve their clientele but also provide an additional way for companies to lower operational expenses and increase employee productivity.

The VoIP system includes:

  • Unlimited Extensions
  • Complex Call Routing
  • Auto Attendants
  • Softphone App
  • Unlimited DIDs
  • Voicemail to Email
  • Remote Extensions.

In October, Tech Rage IT received its first contract for its new Managed Voice services. The client, based in south Orlando, has approximately 150 phone users and has reported a 90% reduction in missed calls and voicemails, per day since starting with Tech Rage IT.
