Tech Rage IT’s Matt Rose Named to GrowFL’s Volunteer Leadership
Rose joins top CEOs and founders from across the state to help recognize great Florida companies
Winter Springs, Fla., (July 7, 2025) - As Tech Rage IT continues to expand its company's offerings throughout Florida, one of its founders has been picked to lead its East Central Florida Chapter.
This week, the company's Chief Experience Officer, Matt Rose, was named as co-chair of the chapter along with Synovus' Commercial Banking Manager Sean Flannery. The chapter is one of four the organization runs to promote second-stage companies in the state.
"Many of the top brands in Florida have been recognized on the annual list of GrowFL and I'm honored the organization asked me to show the value of GrowFL and its list of companies to watch to any growing company," Rose says. "It was a boost to our company when we won, and I can't speak highly enough about the connections and opportunities GrowFL provides."
Each year, GrowFL recognizes 50 companies to watch in Florida, pulling from hundreds of nominations the organization receives. To qualify, a company must:
•
Be a privately held commercial enterprise headquartered in Florida (not
publicly traded, subsidiary or division of another company or nonprofit); and
•
Employ 6 to 150 full-time equivalent W-2 employees, including the owner; and
•
Have between $750,000 up to $100 million in annual revenue or working capital
from investors or grants; and
•
Have not won this award in the past; and
• Demonstrate intent and capacity to grow based on evidence such as employee or sales growth, exceptional leadership, sustainable competitive advantage, etc.
Tech Rage IT was named one of the 50 Companies to Watch in 2023.
In
a prepared statement about GrowFL's new volunteer leadership, the
organization's executive director, Tammie Sweet, said: "We are honored to
welcome our new and returning board members and officers. Their collective
expertise and commitment will be invaluable as we continue to expand our
programs and services, empowering Florida's high-growth businesses to thrive
and contribute significantly to our state's economy."
