Tech Rage IT CEO Matt Rose Discusses Proposed AI Force on FOX 35 Orlando
Longwood, Fla., (September 22, 2026) -Matt
Rose, CEO and co-founder of Tech Rage IT, joined Garrett Wymer on FOX 35
Orlando's Fox Orlando Live to discuss President Donald Trump's announcement
of a proposed AI Force and what it could mean for businesses, employees and
communities.
At the time of the interview, little information was
available about the initiative's structure or responsibilities. Rose explored
five possible areas of focus: cybersecurity, human oversight, privacy and
online safety, employee training, and data center costs. These reflected his
assessment of potential priorities, rather than an announced government agenda.
Cybersecurity and privacy were central to the discussion.
Rose described how AI can support defenders while also helping criminals create
more convincing phishing messages and attacks. He also raised questions about
the handling of information shared with AI tools and the risks of deepfakes,
particularly for children and teenagers.
Human oversight and employee training addressed the
workplace side of AI adoption. Rose discussed the risks of assigning tasks to
AI without reviewing its work, as well as the gap between giving employees
access to tools and helping them understand how to use them.
"We can't just assume that just because it got it done,
it did it the right way, or it didn't cause some other concern along the way,"
Rose said during the interview.
Data center development raised another set of questions
about resource use, local costs and job creation. Rose discussed the benefits
and demands on communities as AI infrastructure expands, including how job
creation relates to workforce training and potential job displacement.
The conversation also covered questions about AI
regulation and the role of human decisions in setting boundaries for the
technology.
