Tech Rage IT Co-Founder and CEO Erica Martinez-Rose Announces Leadership Transition After More Than 11 Years

Martinez-Rose will step away from day-to-day operations as Co-Founder Matt Rose assumes the role of CEO

Longwood, Fla., (September 1, 2026) -Tech Rage IT, a Central Florida managed IT services and cybersecurity company, announced today that Co-Founder and CEO Erica Martinez-Rose will transition out of the company's day-to-day operations and Chief Executive Officer role after more than 11 years of helping build and lead the organization. Co-Founder Matt Rose will assume the role of CEO as part of the company's long-planned leadership transition.

Martinez-Rose has played a central role in Tech Rage IT's growth from an entrepreneurial startup into an award-winning managed service provider serving businesses throughout Florida. During her tenure, the company achieved strong year-over-year growth, expanded its client base, team and service capabilities, increased recurring revenue, and strengthened its position as a trusted technology and cybersecurity partner for small and midsized businesses.

Tech Rage IT has earned recognition locally, statewide and nationally, including being named to CRN's MSP 500 Pioneer 250 list for three consecutive years, recognized among the MSPs to Watch, honored by the Seminole County Chamber and recognized by organizations including GrowFL and MSP Titans.

Martinez-Rose will remain connected to Tech Rage IT as a shareholder and advisor while stepping away from the company's daily operations.

Rose, who co-founded Tech Rage IT with Martinez-Rose, will lead the company through its next phase as CEO. He has been deeply involved in the company's technical strategy, client relationships, service evolution and growth, while also serving as a frequent technology and cybersecurity contributor on FOX 35 Orlando.

Martinez-Rose said the move is both a personal milestone and a reflection of the company's maturity.
